Really looking forward to reading the book! I remember Barnsley and Service Garage from the old days. Thank you!
Wonderful! Can’t wait. Congratulation!
I arrived at your very interesting site after a few wrong turns (trying to gather some rally pics)
and just wanted to say “Hello”and congratulations on a lovely site.
My dad was Gregor Grant who drove in some rallies and edited Autosport. Can you keep me posted regarding your book please?
Eric’s name rings a big bell and i think that maybe he was a chum of my father’s,
With best wishes
Simone
Hi Simone – great to hear from you! Yes, my dad and yours were chums, they did the East African Safari Rally together in 1962. Your dad is in the book
I don’t recall ever meeting your dad but I was an avid reader of Autosport (as soon as I was old enough to read!) so I remember his name well.
